I attempted a withdrawal on Feb 14 and received a confirmation email advising payment would be processed after 4 business days. Status went from pending to waiting within that time period.
Since then I have had various emails and online chat advice that there have been technical problems and the finance manager was overseas. All apologised and advised payment would be "very soon". I am still waiting for 400 euros.
Don't know how to attach a screenshot, but will send an email with attachments for documentary evidence.
