Euro Play Casino not processing my withdrawal

Since March 20 EPC shows a message that they are performing a maintenance, you can't enter the casino. There is no online support and mails are not answered. I made a withdrawal on Feb 11 and asked 3 weeks in a row when I would receive the payment of in total € 1030,-. Every time they answered: coming Monday. The withdrawals weren't even approved on the day they closed. I also have a balance of over € 500,-, which is almost wagered. Can someone tell me what is going on there?

Hi, I have an issue with this Casino, there is 5k EUR on my withdrawal from January 22 and still on waiting status, no answers from all ways of contacts, they disappeared. 5 days and they still with a maintenance. Very bad service and they don't want to pay. I already contacted the licence and they didn't replied me yet..What to do ?

im a user in euro play casino and i have a balance of 850 euros for the last 3 days the casino wont open and a message showing its under maintenance !! i tried to call support on phone but no response i send e mails no response and for sure live chat no response either . so what shall i do ??

i have talked with the casino several days a week for 5 weeks now.. i still get the same answer.. You have to wait a few more days, or we are working on it.. or we have problems with NETeller.. The lastest one was that i had to wait until the finance team was back.. So starting to think i wouldnt get my withdraw at all.. I hope to get a real answer from the casino, i have asked to get an email about all their problems with my withdraw, but still havent got it.. my patience is running low for this casino..

On February 2 and February 6 I requested 2 withdrawal of 650 eur and 500 eur. So far no money received. Everytime I aks about this, I get really different answer like: ''We have a problem with Neteller, please wait another week''. ''You will get your money, please hold on for it''. I am trying to get my money for over 5 weeks now. This is way too long. In the T&C of this casino I cannot find any procedures or processing time regarding a withdrawal request. Had a chat with Smith, patrik harry, George!....and more with promisses that they will send it after 4 days last promise was: my money is processing and complete within 10 days hours...I really don't like this. Can you help?

Had a chat with Smith, Hyde K, George!....and more with promisses that they will send it today, last promise was: my money is processing and complete within 24 hours...I really don't like this. On 27 -10-2014 i won 1000 euro and on 30-10-2014 i won 500 euro, after many calls, emails and live support i still don't have the money, they promissed me every day that i would get paid soon, but still nothing. Most off the time i spoke to Harry and he called me severall times that the money should be on my netelleraccount in 2 days but still it is'nt there,please help me.
