I have made two withdrawals: one of 100,64 (feb 8) and other for 75,85 (mar 18) euros.

Also I sent all required documents. The many mails sent have no response, only sometimes the chat service answer, and they said that they cant do anything, only the account manager, this person never never response.

Im very worried about my money; most of the money has been deposit by me.

They sent me a mail:

"Hey Sebastian,

Sorry for the late reply.

Do you by any chance have a Netteller account?

Our Skrill system does not seem to be working currently.

If you can send me your Neteller ID, I may be able to send your money by today.

I have sent them the netteler number and im waiting the money.
