I recently signed up for 10 Bet Casino with a bonus code for 125% up to £300. After depositing £240 and not receiving my bonus I clicked on the live chat window and asked for my bonus. I spoke with Ashley, a nice lady that asked if I wanted to claim the welcome bonus.

"The welcome bonus is 125% up to £300 right?" I asked. She said, "Yes, that is correct, that is the bonus for our casino section." "Great," I said, "yes I would like to claim it." She instructed me on how to do this, and we ended our first chat.

A little while later I realized that I had only received £200 so I messaged chat and spoke with her again. I said that I was expecting 300. She informed me that the welcome bonus is 100%. After checking for me, she returned saying that the bonus is 100% up to 200.

Shouldn't 10 Bet honor their 125% up to 300 bonus? What do you think is fair here, Askgamblers?
