I made a deposit on Drake Casino for $100 on September 25th. My card was charged. I was told I could not have an account if someone else in my household had an account, so I was told I would be refunded. They claim the refund was process on September 27th. I have not received it. Not only have I not received it, my card was charged AGAIN for the exact same amount as the original deposit by the same payment processor. Drake Casino is claiming that they didn’t process the second payment. I do not believe this is the case. I have attached screen shots of my bank info to show the original charge and the second charge. I need to be refunded $110 for the first deposit and another $110 for the fraudulent second charge.

Hi KSBAI,
Our Fraud team is working on getting a status update from the processor regarding the original refund but this should be on its way.
Additionally, the processor has informed us that your second charge was not from Drake Casino or any of our sister brands. Unfortunately, this means that the transaction is either from a different casino or is a fraudulent transaction. With this, we do not have the power to issue a refund for that charge because it is not registered with us. If this charge is from another company, that company will need to issue the refund or if this charge is fraudulent you will need to discuss this with your credit card company. A dispute of this charge will not effect your standing with us in any way since the transaction is not registered with us, however, we strongly recommend that you make sure that this charge is not from another company before doing so because it may effect your standing with them.
Our Fraud department should be in touch as soon as they have the status of the original refund from the processor.
Best Regards,
Kyle
