Planet 7 Casino - Payment delayed for a month!

I am new to online gambling and figured I would give it a try. Without reading any reviews I proceeded to play Planet 7 Casino. Two months ago on 7/17/16 I requested a withdrawal for a simple $400. They do not tell you that when you use a bonus code they do not let you withdraw what the bonus gave you. Fine. As long as I get the $300 withdrawal. I have sent in all of the requested paperwork and documents needed which I do not see is necessary to have my debit card information or a bill to prove my address.. It took over 3 weeks to approve my request for the withdrawal and was approved on 8/5/16.. With multiple (over 20) phone calls concerning my withdrawal I keep getting the run around of (we're having delays) and (call back in two days) or (I cannot help you with this issue). It has now been almost two months waiting for my check to even get SENT OUT (YES THEY STILL HAVE NOT EVEN MAILED IT)... and today I was told, "sir.. there is nothing I can do, you need to contact the withdrawals department on Monday". Why? so they can tell me I need to call back on Friday to check on the status of this withdrawal? Beginning to believe this whole thing is a scam, and completely fake. I would advise everybody to stay away from this casino.

I'm very sorry for all the delays you've experienced with this.

I've checked your account and I do see that your payment has already been sent to the processor. I would expect to see tracking on it no later than Monday, although I'm hopeful tracking will be in by Friday. Generally, payment is delivered the same day or day after we receive tracking information.

As soon as your tracking comes in, I'll post an update, here.
