I've played at this casino in the past and recently received an email telling me I had a £5 no deposit bonus, I read through the play through requirements for this before accepting, once I had met all the requirements I had £21 in my account, I requested a withdrawal via ukash on the 17/08/2014 and received an e-mail saying that it had been accepted on the 20/08/2014 but haven't received a ukash code, I have contacted support and they haven't been helpful at all in resolving this.

I have now received the ukash code, only a week later than expected, this can be marked as resolved now

Still haven't received ukash code from winner, they say that they have done everything their end and that ukash should provide me with the code, while ukash say that payout codes are provided directly by the website. I have given ukash info so that they can contact winner directly to try and resolve this.
