VIP Room Casino - Delayed Withdrawal and still no answer

I deposited in VIP Room Casino a while ago. They asked me for some documents and I sent them, I was approved. I earned some money and I wanted to make a withdrawal so I did. They asked me for a photo of the card I have deposited with. I took photo of the front and back of the card and I sent them on 23rd March. The last e-mail I have received from the service is that they have received the documents and it would take "24 - 48 hours" to be verified.
It's 29th now and I still have no answer. I have written to their support and customer service but I have received no answer.
I'd really like to know what is going on with my withdrawal.

Hi Somniphobia, due to the amount of bank holidays over the Easter period...there have been some delays to the withdrawals.

Your withdrawals now are in the final phase and should be paid within the next 24/48hours.
