I determined to withdraw my money on 25th of october, but 1 week almost passed by there’s still no confirmation from their side. Client service will just feed you false hopes that within today, you’ll receive the confirmation but it is untrue. I am concerned that this company is stealing my money. And same to other people. I kindly call for any assistance that there are more people out there that might

I understand that each and everyone has to undergo a full verification process. My account was fully verified and I don’t see any reason for my withdrawal to be blocked. If there’s an issue towards my verification I must get an email about it. It’s been ten days and nothing happened and few more days it was half a month already. I have devoted my full trust to your casino depositing money and hoping for a quick action with dignity and integrity.
