My withdrawal was approved on June 1st and have not received my $100 check. It's just a small amount that I won with a no-deposit bonus. I wanted to see how the withdrawal process went before depositing my own money. So far, not so good!
I emailed them the other day and they said it was sent to escalations department. That seems to be the common theme here. I was given two email addresses in the escalations dept. so I sent them emails to check the status. That was only yesterday so I haven't received a reply yet.
Hopefully I hear something soon.

I got an email from the escalations department saying I should get a tracking number for the check by the end of next week.

I've just had a look at your account and I can confirm what Escalations has told you--the payment has indeed gone off and I would expect to have your tracking by the end of the week. Generally, payment is delivered the day following our receipt of tracking.

I'll keep an eye out for your tracking and I'll update this as soon as I receive it.

Actually, I just received the check, thanks again. Just a tip, if you want to get more people playing at your casino, find a faster way to process withdrawals.
