I have made a payout request for $2000 on 3/29/2016 and I have not received the check yet. Yes, it is already more than 2 months. Everytime I contact them, the only answer I got is " I am so sorry for the delay. We will let you know the tracking once it is available". What a shame.

OK. That is the same answer I got every time. Basically, you just said nothing and I still do not know when I can get my money. 4 month? 6 month? 1 year?

I'm really sorry I can't provide a definite timeline. The last thing I would want to do is tell you a date and then not deliver on it. That said, processes for these banking issues are currently being worked on. The funds are there; however, it is just a matter of moving them around. The good news is that once this process is sorted out payout time frames should be much, much faster. I will update you as soon as I have some real information for you. Obviously it is in everyone's best interest to sort out this process ASAP. This is priority #1.

Again, I'm really sorry for the delay. I will keep you updated with any developments and all will hopefully be sorted soon.
