Royal Panda Casino - Delayed payments for Indian customer

Hi This is Prashanth from Bangalore India I started playing in royal panda from 31st march 2018 , on 2nd April I had won a decent amount of money in Dream catcher , wen I started my withdrawal process they asked fr my documents I provided them all the necessary documents but everyday they send me a mail saying they need more documents yesterday I provided all my documents again and today on 5th April I got a call from the royal panda customer care fr my details I provided all my details also and they said me it will be verified soon but again at 10.25PM i got a mail saying it's under process , later I had a live chat with a customer specialist agent and he told me it will be solved before 24HRS , After seeing all the complaints here on delayed payments I'm Rising my complaints with Ask gamblers website and I hope my issue will be solved asap I request u guys not to delay further with my payments, I have provided u all necessary documents like My credit / debit card copies my bank statements my passport my telephone number my pan card my adhar card etc etc i don't knw y still the verification team is not approved my wings and sent it to my Skrill account I need the customer support of royal panda to solve my issue ASAP

I can see you are fully verified and your withdrawal is already processed on the 8th of April, before you made this complaint.

Please confirm if the issue has been resolved. We are also awaiting you to clarify the total amount of the disputed withdrawal request/s.
