Delayed payment & support not answering
Hi! I asked withdrawal of 90euros on friday morning, sunday i started wondering because i didnt hear anything from them. Went to check T&C and there says they process all withdrawals in 72 hours, i thought okay they will be processing it tomorrow. Well monday evening still nothing and the 72 hours has passed long time ago. I went to live chat asking what is the status of my withdrawal and why is it taking so long to process. Answer i got is "Your withdrawal is pendig, sir." and thats all, like wtf? Of course i know it is pending. Then i tried to ask what is the problem, why it is still pending in your TC says all will be processed in 72 hours etc. Live chat agent called Daniela, stops answering at this point. I tried several times to say helloo?? why not answer?? and they just dont aswer me anymore. Feeling ripped off right now, i dont seem to get any contact with this casino i thought maybe you can. Hope you can help. Thank you.
