I have pending withdraws of 3 x $5000. I was initially told it would take 3-5 working days days, after that came and went I was told "your payment is on the way, it has been escalated to finance, we have a backlog, etc etc Just waiting, always seem to get the run around with these guys, it shouldn't be this difficult.

Please accept my apologies for the delay in my response.

The withdrawal request of 15k is on a payment plan of 2k per week . The player has been informed and he is happy with this. The first 2k payment was made yesterday .

Hi there,

Thanks for getting back to me. To be honest, I'm not happy with this arrangement, I stated "I understand these things happen" when your pit boss informed me "we are currently experiencing some minor banking issues clearing funds from our international accounts" and I emailed him back and requested that this weekly amount should be raised. For me to wait 7 more weeks (on top of the 2 I've already waited) to receive full payment I think is ridiculous, however I would be happy to negotiate with being paid $4-5k per week so that we may resolve this issue. Is this agreeable?
