Delayed payment


I won 1387.00 at Vegas Strip Casino in July and requested a withdrawal...after 3 weeks I asked about my withdrawal and they informed me that I had to update my paperwork which I did and they approved my withdrawal on 8/01/2017; My inquiries have gone ignored except for empty assurances and I would like you to resolve this. I have included a copy of the approval.
