Delayed payment four weeks
I made a request for withdrawal of 18000 SEK almost four weeks ago. After just a couple of days, my security documents were approved. I waited a week before I contacted Mr Ringo. They said my withdrawal was on pending and would be handled shortly. After that I contacted them several times and the answer was always the same; on pending and will be handled shortly.
Last friday, 21th of april, I said I would contact askgamblers.com if I didn´t get my money. They promised they would handle it on monday (24th of april). Still no money on monday I contacted them again on tuesday. They now claimed techincal error was the problem and that I would have my money on wednesday. Ofcourse, I didn´t get my money yesterday. I sent them an e-mail but they haven´t responded.
This is such a nightmare and I have never experienced anyting like this with any other casino. I don´t know what to do anymore.
