Planet 7 Casino - Delayed payment for even small amounts

Hi AskGambler,

I made a request for withdrawal for 145 USD on 4th Jan 2016 and sent my documents as well the very same day... I repeated followup to make sure the required documents have been verified but they were not verified until 9th Jan 2016.

After verification as casino claims approval in 3 business days never happened...After repeated follow-ups and escalations the approval was completed on 18th Jan 2016.

I was told that this payment will be sent to processor in max 7 business days... However with regular followups they are not able to confirm even today if they have sent the payment to processor.. They keep asking me to follow up in 30 mins or follow up during business hours but no updates..

Today is 4th Feb and its 31 days since the request was raised and payment is still not sent to processor (not confirmed to me). This is seriously not acceptable for withdrawal amounts of as low as 145 when i used no cupon no wagering nothing.. all my deposit was directly used on table games...

Can you please help resolve this severe delay

I'm so sorry about the delay. We experienced a bit of a backlog due to processing limitations, but we're fighting our way through this.

I do see you have a payment due and it is on our list for priority payment. I hope to have more info for you in the next few days. I'll keep you posted.

Hi Tawni,

Thanks for your mail but this is exactly what i have been told. Also when i contacted the support at different times i have been given different answers. Once i was told that payment has been sent and waiting confirmation another time i am told that its in the priority list and so on...

My only concern is that if the overall process takes 40+ days then the \purpose of Online casino gets defeated expecially when the claim is to approve in 3 business days and process payment in 7 business days.

i will wait t o hear back from you and hopefully you can give me a concrete answer to when i can expect to be be paid.

Yes I confirm that I received the check.. I will deposit this into my account today..Hoping I wouldn't have problems with check deposit as I have read abt these in other post.. thanks for all the help..
