Hey on September 30 2017 I made a withdraw request of 650. I never used a bonus when I deposited I emailed them my drivers license a piece of mail with address and a screen shot of my ecopayz account. In there terms it says 24 hours to process the withdraw and I guess another 24 hours to make payment. I haven’t heard anything from them. I emailed them yesterday saying if I didn’t hear anything back within 24 hours I was making a complaint. My withdraw status hasn’t changed in nearly two weeks and I spoke to live chat like 3 days after I made the withdraw request and they said they were behind due to lots of new accounts and withdraws. I would like to know what’s going on....😐

Hello!
After checking with our finance department, there are couple of things that need to be pointed out:
1. We've never received the email from your screenshot (filled in our contact form).
2. The reason why withdrawal wasn't processed for this long is we were waiting for your KYC documents for 10 or so days.
Now, that we received your documents, your withdrawal entered the queue and finance will process it (and approve if everything checks out) as soon as other pending withdrawals (that are above yours in the queue) are processed.
We will keep you posted via email.
