Raging Bull Casino - Delayed Payment and No Response

On February 22nd I submitted a withdrawal request in the amount of $2500. I was not playing with a bonus so there were no playthrough requirements to be met. I had previously submitted verification paperwork to the casino but after a week of waiting i was told to re-submit this paperwork, first to suppor­[email protected]­agi­ngb­ull­cas­ino.com and then to bankin­[email protected]­agi­ngb­ull­cas­ino.com.

Last week I received the following response from Customer Service Agent "Lex":

Lex: Thank you for holding Allen. Your case was sent
to the Supervisor who will do the necessary to escalate
this matter to the Financial department and they will do
the necessary to process the withdrawal as soon as
possible.

As of today (over a week since this conversation with Lex) i've still heard nothing regarding this payout.

This morning I reconnected with Customer Service and explained these details to Agent "John Mac"...after the standard requests to "submit my paperwork" (yet again apparently) I explained that this had been done and that my request for this very straightforward and clean withdrawal request had been "escalated to a supervisor to assist with processing" i was told only that "I should hear something soon then"

Please help with what is clearly and attempt to avoid payment for a legitimate withdrawal request.

The latest update on Raging Bull Casino's "shell game" in their unwillingness to pay out a legitimate withdrawal of $2500 submitted on February 22nd, 2017.

After finally being connected to Karen, a "VIP Host" via live chat (published telephone number is never answered) I was provided the following response on Friday, March 17th:

John Mac: Sorry for the inconvenienec I'm transferring
you to a VIP host to look at your account.
John Mac: Just a moment..

John Mac: We're just waiting to see which of our VIP
hosts are free.
John Mac: Transferring you now.
Please wait while I transfer the chat to 'Karen'.
Thank you for contacting Raging Bull Casino. My name
is 'Karen'.
bugeeter: hello
Karen: Hello, welcome to Raging Bull Casino! This is
Karen from VIP. How can I help you today?
bugeeter: I just want to get paid out on the withdrawal
request from February 22nd
Karen: Allow me a moment to review your account
please
Karen: Your withdrawal will be approved by Monday
Karen: And should be sent out to the processor in next
5- 7 business day after that
Karen: We apologize for the delay
bugeeter: ok...well i guess i'll wait to see


As of this evening, Tuesday March 21st at 7:15 pm Central Time US, that withdrawal request is still showing as "pending" and nothing has been communicated regarding the commitment by VIP Host Karen to have this approved by yesterday, Monday the 20th.

I would be very concerned about depositing any money with this casino as it's very clear their only focus is on capturing deposits for as long as they can.
