Delayed payment


Hi! I have played a little on Mrringo Casino. I have taking part of some deposit bonuses and the two latest have I wagered and cleared. (The first of the two second deposits was on Sportsbetting and I requested a withdraw of this, but it was just around 90 euro, so that one is less important then the last one. That one I requested a withdraw 13 October.)

The latest deposit I made was 950:- sek (95 euro) and I received 100% casino bonus. When I did this deposit I had not an on going bonus at the time. I played slots. The different slot that I played was fine to play as I read the T&C before. The maximum bet per spinn is 5 euro in T&C and I did not placed any over that. Mostly I betted 1 or 2 euro per spinn.

I managed to clear and wager the casinobonus and got a total of around 1980 euro. I requested a withdraw of this. It was about 1940 euro. I requested this early the 17 October.

So total of two withdrawals that the total is around 2000 euro.

I have talked to their support about the withdrawals and they say: "It will be done this week sir."

And today they said that they are looking closer to it because I placed a bet on the first deposit I talked about in the beginning on a odds that is lower than 1.8 that is not allowed in T&C. But lets forget the first one I talked about. Its not so important to me actually. I just want to have the right to my latest withdraw regarding the casinobonus.

And in some way on my pages its says that I'm born 1998, and I'm actually born 1988. I contacted their support and told that something went wrong there. They told me that everything is fine and I also received an email that my account is verified. (I'm attaching this email, that's in Swedish, but I have run Google Translate, so you can read it as well.

As I really don't get any answers from their Support I would appreciate if you on Askgamblers can help me with this.

I'm attaching some documents (chat, emails etc).
