Delayed Funds Withdrawal
I have had an outstanding withdrawal request for about 620 EUR since 31 MAY 2017 and it still hasn't been processed even after 2 weeks.
My account has been fully verified so verification is not an issue.
Whenever I ask Customer Support to explain and resolve my issue, I get an automated e-mail about how I have to wait for the Finance department to process my withdrawal and that I should be patient.
Does / did anybody have the same issue with this casino?
Could anybody advise me how to resolve it?
Should I contact their Maltese regulator to look into it?
