Delayed withdrawal


I have won twice on Slots Magic. Currently I await my first withdrawal and have done since 30th April (£1100)
I have had no contact from them whatsoever and it's been up to me to contact them regards documents and to chase the withdrawal.
The correct documents were submitted and they confirmed that this was the case but now say they are pending approval before the withdrawal can be processed.
Their site says this should be 24/48 hours but it's well past that now.
I opted for no bonuses and haven't used any.
I have since won another £1000 which I am not able to withdraw as I currently have a pending withdrawal.
Can you please help? I'm getting concerned that I may never see my money.
