Mr Ringo Casino - Payment delayed for 50+ days

I deposited 100 euros on January 28th. After some bets, I got a balance of 682 euros.

I made a withdrawal request on February 2nd. After more than 20 days, it was canceled and asked to send a history of my neteller account. This document had already been sent before.

I made the request again on February 25th. Today, March 27, I still have not received the value. I joined the chat, and they did not even give me a reason for such a delay.
