Delayed payment of 1090 GPB


Hello! July 3 I have made a withdrawal of the amount of 1 090 GBP. My documents are fully verified. The maximum pending period of payment takes 72 hours from the moment of withdrawal request! Why until now, I didn't get my money? I don't understand for whom casino created rules of cashing out?

We do confirm that we have verified your account and received the withdrawal request of 1090£. According to the Terms and Conditions of the No Deposit Bonus that you have received upon Sign Up the maximum winning from this bonus is 100£. So currently you have a pending withdrawal of 100£. This is the maximum you can withdraw. Please note, you have been informed about it via e-mail and via chat.
So we find it inappropriate that you are providing wrong information in your claim.

Regarding the extended waiting time, caused by a technical issue from our side, we have apologised with all our players who have outstanding pending withdrawals and confirmed that all payment will have been processed by the end of this week.

You can verify other players' complaints related to the same issue, all of them will have been paid by the end of the week.
