Delayed verification and cashout with no answers
I make withdrawal 8th july and next day they ask normal documents to verification. I send it to they ”finance department” email address. No one confim at documents is ok. After few days i ask about it from support and they ask send it again. Next few days i send it about 10 time all documents together and separate because support say it maybe too big to email. I send it to finance department and also support email, just hope they get it some way.
Today i go to chat support and they still ask, did i send documents and what address?
It makes me feel they dont wanna pay winning at all, because it should not be this difficult.
I also try to ask deposit limit after this bad experience, but no one confirm that either.
Cashout amount is 151€ what i waiting and not look so good now on this casino.
