My withdrawal has still not been paid

I made a withdrawal on Allwins Casino for 4175.76 Euros on the 7th December 2022. I completed all of the verification and ID checks including a phone call verification and was told it would be processed within 3-5 days maximum. It has now been 10 days and it is still pending. There was no bonus involved. I have contacted support on several occasions and have been told that it would be sorted but it still has not.

Also I have attached screenshots showing that 1. I was unfairly told told that the my withdrawal process would be done as soon as possible and so I was led to believe that all my checks were ok and the withdrawal was being honoured but secondly that I was told that if I stayed active and continued to deposit and play it would be better !!! This is really illegal practice to be told to play and deposit to speed things up. Since I was told the the withdrawal process was happening and told unethically to play this is unfair. Please see the attached files as proof of how badly treated and misled I was by this casino

Also when I spoke to Stuart the manager and said I didn’t think the 1000 euro offer was fair, he assured me he would go back to his team and tell them I wanted the full amount and see what he could do to counter offer. Then out of the blue he posts here that I refused all offers. Anybody can see this is completely unethical practice, to accept a buy bonus bet and then void the winnings. No bet should be accepted if it isn’t allowed. Full stop. The company is clearly unprofessional and just happily takes deposits, then offers bets on games that it will later confiscate any winnings on due to it’s unfair practices.

Please also see proof that on a 5 euro stake the bonus buy feature is 160 euros. This should not by law be an option if you cannot win.

Can not do International payment to South Africa

My withdrawal was cancelled because the casino can not make payment to South Africa. But they accepted my sign-up. My local currency was even available. Verification was completed even my phone number was confirmed from a call from support.

Delayed of €5000

I have deposited over 5000 UK sterling in the last 2 months.

I recently won €5000 and decided to cut losses and withdraw last week. I sent off my verification documents on the Wednesday they came back needing more of the same on the Friday and finally was accepted. I was told I have VIP status and I get quick withdrawals. It's now over a week from the initial withdraw request and I keep getting told by online chat that I have to wait a bit longer. Longer for what? I have been told management had to approve the transaction. But I'm still waiting. What is going on I am still able to cancel the withdrawal on my page which tells me it hasn't been processed.

Payment issue and €550 is still missing

Hi please see all evidence of All Wins Casio and my complete runaround with their chat mocking me.

I withdrew on the 1.3.21 they sent the payment to an old bank account that I used for ID over a year ago instead of the selected withdrawal method to my card.

I provided all evidence that account was closed and they said they would pay it into my proper account. I had another withdrawal pending of 300 eur which I have received into my proper account but the 550 euro is still missing. After the finance team emailing me saying it was sent to my new account, please see the issues I have dealing with chat advisors who actually mock me with emojis and just copy and paste replies.

This is just so stressful and uncalled for to a customer who deposits a lot.

My €500 withdrawal pending for a month

Hello askgamblers, I have won 1000 € in allwinscasino.com and wanted to pay out 500 €, I also got mails that I should send a copy of ID, etc. For evidence, I have done everything and now nothing has happened since 24.1.2019 ... In the chat says Only me should wait.

I played in allwins casino and made a withdrawal of €300, it take a long time for the verification to be done, almost 2 weeks, After that I waited a few days again before received an email saying my money has been processed and it's 2 days for creditcards but it's more than 5 days now and it's still not in my account. I asked live chat and said the money has been processed but a few days after I still did not received it.
