I made a withdrawal on Allwins Casino for 4175.76 Euros on the 7th December 2022. I completed all of the verification and ID checks including a phone call verification and was told it would be processed within 3-5 days maximum. It has now been 10 days and it is still pending. There was no bonus involved. I have contacted support on several occasions and have been told that it would be sorted but it still has not.

All wins casino is now trying to keep my whole winnings with some ridiculous made up breach reason. I have just received an email saying they’ve confiscated the whole 4175.76 euros because I bet too much. They are saying their terms state a player can’t bet more than 30% of their deposit on a game. My deposit amount was 400 euros and at no point did I stake 120 euros on a spin. They have sent me some ridiculous chart supposedly showing proof but this is downright lies and robbery. I have proof of my original balance with the winnings and proof of their email and proof of them having now removed my winnings and replacing it with just my 400 euro deposit. I also have screenshot proof of live help telling me I would get the winnings. This company is illegal.

just spoke to live chat on All Wins again, they are trying to say that because I did the buy bonus feature I broke the terms and conditions!! This casino is illegal.
Just for clarity my username at All Wins casino is Blackbaph and they have stolen 4175.76 from me.

I have been contacted by the manager who is trying to work something out. I was offered 1000 euros but I am not happy with this and just want my full winnings of 4176.75 euros. I have been a great customer and deposited far more and think it’s only fair I get the full amount. So I am now waiting for them to get back to me to see if they will pay the full amount owed.

We understand that Sara has made a complaint regarding the decision made by the Casino and the voided winnings owing to irregular play.

The Casino expects all potential players to read all the terms and conditions prior to their registration. Sara’s winnings were voided for breaking the 30% Rule.

"Winnings and Betting Rules (applies to both Bonus and Real Money Deposits)
9.1. A player must bet while taking into consideration the rules of the game he is on. The Casino has the prerogative to refuse any withdrawal request, which includes the right to remove all bonuses or winnings in the case of Irregular Play. The following are deemed irregular play:
9.1.1. Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the smallest deposit currently in play. This includes purchasing in-game features including but not limited to free spins, double up feature and etc.

9.1.4. Purchasing in-game features including but not limited to free spins with a total bet amount of 30% or greater than the value of the smallest deposit or bonus currently in play."

In Sara's case, the deposit in play is deposit ID 3116478 of 400 Euros. Therefore, according to the Terms and Conditions of the Casino Sara is unable to bet more than or equal to 120 Euros.

According to Sara's gameplay, he has made more than 50 over-bets between 160 Euros to 800 Euros on the games: "Mega Greatest Catch Bonus Buy", "Wolf Hiding Bonus Buy", and "Sticky Piggy" - this is the reason why her winnings were voided.

Please be advised that we view "over-betting" as a violation of the service we provide, and an attempt to deal unfairly with us. If a player attempts that, confiscation of the winnings accrued is in order.
Be advised that the none lost deposit of 400 Euros had been returned back to Sara's balance.

It is imperative that all players comply with the terms and conditions that a player agrees to upon opening an account. Furthermore, we would like to emphasize the fact that Sara has been playing with the casino since the 28th of January 2022, and managed to submit successful withdrawals when she had played accordingly to the T&C.

That being said, the casino considers Sara a valuable player and had offered her a payment of goodwill gesture in the amount of 1,000 Euros.

Since Sara has declined the goodwill gesture, the casino will have no other option but to mark this case as resolved, and it will be closed accordingly.

As you can see this casino uses unethical practices. I actually deposited 900 euros total on that day and the amounts won were on buy the bonus feature which is an option that should t have been available if I couldn’t win. I win. No bet should be accepted if you cannot win. I do not accept what they are saying. I still request my winnings of 4176.75 to be paid in full or I will sue for the full amount. I attach screenshots showing that I deposited 900 and of the 160 buy bonus features I won on as evidence of what a scam this company is.

Please also see proof that on a 5 euro stake the bonus buy feature is 160 euros. This should not by law be an option if you cannot win.

Also when I spoke to Stuart the manager and said I didn’t think the 1000 euro offer was fair, he assured me he would go back to his team and tell them I wanted the full amount and see what he could do to counter offer. Then out of the blue he posts here that I refused all offers. Anybody can see this is completely unethical practice, to accept a buy bonus bet and then void the winnings. No bet should be accepted if it isn’t allowed. Full stop. The company is clearly unprofessional and just happily takes deposits, then offers bets on games that it will later confiscate any winnings on due to it’s unfair practices.

Also I have attached screenshots showing that 1. I was unfairly told told that the my withdrawal process would be done as soon as possible and so I was led to believe that all my checks were ok and the withdrawal was being honoured but secondly that I was told that if I stayed active and continued to deposit and play it would be better !!! This is really illegal practice to be told to play and deposit to speed things up. Since I was told the the withdrawal process was happening and told unethically to play this is unfair. Please see the attached files as proof of how badly treated and misled I was by this casino
