Try to cashout 3000€ that I have won at this casino.
I have done many and big deposit without Any problem but when You want some money back there is always problem to cashout at every casino :(.

Send a withdraw request the night from 11 - 12 dec and still not approved.
I send in all the verification document they wanted but after a time they want some more document of a old replaced creditcard.... I gues they hoped That I could not send this to them so they could take the money from me. but I manage to send in this document to the finance department and still no answer about this new document from them.
There is no active bonus with this winning so This is nothing they can try with so now I gues they try with the document instead...

The finance department is very slow and when I talked to the support in live chat they always say that finance department is closed for the day and that I sould come back next day.

I hope I get my money because I have played a lot at this casino so this is no big winning for me...
But when I read the rewiews at this casino here it seems not so good :(

The casino say that they have paid out the winning to my bank account now and Also send me a automatic Mail with this Information.
And at this point I stay at this casino and keep playing more because they say that the money is on way.

Something that is really good with this casino If you like to play with bonus is that they offer very big and many bonuses all the time If you play.

This casino is serious and I whrite here again when the money is at my bank and then Askgamblers can close or delete this topic.

No money at my bank account today eather. So If the money do not show up in a day or two my creditcard is over used and Iam going to get bad creditpoints

This night the money is at my bank account. So now this case can be closed.
After all not so happy with the time frame over 2 weeks since I request my withdraw from the casino.

Iam not going to play here anymore but the casino paid out as they Said so this is good...
