Unfair confiscation of winnings
After i made account,talk via live chat ,and play for couple days -made 330e... they said and i quote:
to be able to withdraw you have to send your documents to finance@allwinscasino.com
The documents to be provided are a double-sided copy of your identity document, a proof of address of less than 3 months, IBAN and the copy of the credit card (if it is the means of deposit used)
AFTER i sent an email, no one respond for 3days...i then go to live chat and they said to wait one or 2 more days...after 6days i once again go to live chat and VERY RUDE v.i.p. menager (Johnny) said that suddenly don't accept players from my country.(which is a lie) and said good night ,good bye without any explanation..adn close the chat. I start the chat again and he keeps closing it..And that's last i got from this site.Also not the first time i hear this. This site is a total scam and i will sue them for stole my data andmoney.
