I have deposited over 5000 UK sterling in the last 2 months.
I recently won €5000 and decided to cut losses and withdraw last week. I sent off my verification documents on the Wednesday they came back needing more of the same on the Friday and finally was accepted. I was told I have VIP status and I get quick withdrawals. It's now over a week from the initial withdraw request and I keep getting told by online chat that I have to wait a bit longer. Longer for what? I have been told management had to approve the transaction. But I'm still waiting. What is going on I am still able to cancel the withdrawal on my page which tells me it hasn't been processed.
