I submitted a withdrawl request for $400 a few weeks ago and when I asked via online chat I was told my withdrawal was declined by upper level management and my account would be reviewed in 90 days, the agent would not tell me the reason that my withdrawal was declined. Please note I had submitted and had my forms approved to make withdrawals and had not used any casino bonuses when I made my deposit.
