In June I have request a withdrawal of $500 and on 30th of June it was declined and they sent me an email, my account was chosen for security checking and it might take up to 60 business days. It means I had to wait till 22th September. After that, I tried make the withdrawal but I never got! Almost every week I contact the customer services but they always have a different explanation for me.
I think they don't want pay me!
I waited almost five months to get my money!
Please help to get it!

Hello Deepsee,
As per finance department, your account checking is now finished, all your further withdrawal requests will be approved on regular basis.
Please note: you won with a free bonus (maximum cashout was $80) and deposited $21 in order to get the winnings (since the minimum amount of withdrawal is $100). Then the $100 withdrawal was sent to you.
After that you had $1 of withdrawable balance (the rest was not cashable), played with it and won $172 more.
Considering all above mentioned, at this time you can cash out $173.
