Declined payment and security checking beyond normal
I played in Grandparker casino and won $2000 in June. After getting $1000, my second withdrawal ($1000) was declined and I got the following email:

I was not happy but I accepted that. 60 business days has expired on 24 September, I went to live chat and asked about my account. Operator said that there was no update about my account it is still under checking. I was told to write an email to support. I did write this email but nobody answered me.
Please help me, I would like to get my money after waiting three months.
