Mr Ringo Casino - Declined Payment And No Answers

My paying out was declined. Violation of Bunus Rules. All my questions in Chat an Mail was not answered. over 1000 Euros were deleted.
In my Transaction is a paying out from 20.06.17 but is not of my bank account. i have made the paying out in May 2016. Unbelievable MRRINGO!!!!!! I have no money and I need the money for food and other things. Ringo does not care. No answer of over 15 Mails. Unbelievable

Good afternoon Mr. Lüdeck, I have checked up on the issue for you and have been notified by the corresponding legal department that whilst your bonus was in use (screenshot 1) you violated the rules.
In this case it would be odds taken place via sports betting that were under 2.0 (Screenshot 2). My apologies I cannot give you any more positive information regarding this.

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided with clear and undisputed evidence on behalf Mr Ringo Casino management that player violated their Promotional T&C #4.15:

"4.15 ... You may only withdraw any funds from your Mr Ringo Account obtained via a Bonus on our Sports Service when you have met the wagering restrictions associated with that Bonus offer. All Bonuses have to be wagered at odds of 2.0 or above. For combination bets, you need to bet on at least 3 Events on a single betting slip, with all having a Minimum Odds of 2.0."
