Unable to update account
I recently tried to update my account with crown coin casinos. They verified my information and my verification went through the telephone number that I registered the account with, and is no longer valid so I was trying to update it. They told me that I needed to submit or create a ticket in order to do so. I did this. I screenshot it the information because the email that they sent me said a ticket was not created which in fact it was. I sent them several screenshots of this ticket and also of the conversation that I was having with one of the customer service reps through text. Now there are no longer responding. I cannot get anyone to respond to my issue that I'm having. I'm trying to collect winnings in order to do so a text message must be sent to the phone in order to generate a code. I am unable to do so because I cannot update my telephone number.
