Credit card verification has redemption on hold over 12 days
I chose the prepaid option for my redemption over 12 days ago it is asking for credit card verification.
I used Google pay who used a virtual card number instead of my physical card number. I provided verification of my physical card and a screenshot showing that Google Pay used a virtual card that matches the one they have on file.
It has been 6 days since I provided that information, and I cannot reach anyone at support. No matter what I do, it just says hang tight, that every failed verification will be reviewed by someone.
But 12 days is well past the verification window that they claim, and there's no way to get in touch with support
