Credit card verification has redemption on hold over 12 days

I have always gotten my redemptions within 24-30 hours. I submitted 2 redemptions on the 1st of September and it is now the 5th of September.

I have 4 redemptions pending when normally they would have already been approved within 24 hours.

I have reached out to crown casino support and they tell me it could take up to 7 days with no reason for the delay and change of my usually redemptions processing time. This really makes me nervous.

I had a pending redemption with the money factory for $1200 and the never paid me and are closed now. This is giving me anxiety I just want the money I’m owed from crowns casino in the normal processing time I have had for the time that I have been playing on their website. I have never had any redemption no matter the redemption size take this long. I still have friends getting their redemptions in 24 hours that I referred this is not cool.

I won 13,000 and redeemed it in 3 increments, being 6,000, 4,000, and 3,000 on Thursday. On Saturday, the redemption failed, but the 13,000 was not returned to my balance. My balance said 0, so I contacted support on Saturday. It is now Monday and I still have no response. I have contacted them by email, through their app, and on social media.

I have been waiting for a total of five days for my $2300 redemption to be approved.

I have never had to wait this long before; at most, it takes 25 hours.

Support only says it’s in its final process of being approved, but it has been saying that since day 1.

Can I please get some help on this?

I requested a redemption for $3,171.90 from CrownCoins Casino earlier this week. The request was later rejected, and my entire SC balance was removed. When I asked support what happened, they said it was due to a “Coinback correction” after a system review.

The thing is, my Coinback history has never added up to anything close to that. I’ve only ever gotten a few SC total, usually less than $5, and my most recent Coinback entry literally shows $0.00 SC.

I’ve asked multiple agents for a breakdown of what they’re referring to, but I keep getting the same copy-and-paste replies about “fairness” and “routine checks.” Nobody has shown any actual numbers or data.

I’m not trying to start drama — I just want transparency. If they really removed over $3,000 from my account, there should be a clear record explaining why.

I have been having issues with Crown Coins for months now.

I put in a redemption request, and they sit there for weeks without being approved.

3 days ago, I redeemed $650, and today it was rejected.

The site had a glitch this morning with their gift that had nothing to do with my $650 redemption. But with the gift, I was able to redeem $2,500, which was also rejected.

My money was not returned to my account after it was rejected. I have put thousands of dollars into this site.

My $650 from days ago should not have been rejected today. They owe me my winnings.

I cannot get in touch with anyone from customer support. The call fails, and no one responds to the chat or email.

I'm a relatively new player with a fully verified account on CCC. I have fully verified my account and received 3 redemptions around $100 without any issues before. On 4/24/2025 I initiated a redemption of $5102.89 and it has been "In Progress" ever since. I asked their support and I'm getting automated responses. I created a ticket but it was promptly closed with a generic comment saying "Our redeem team is working on all redeems, rest assured we will do our best to approve your redeems in a timely manner."

I contacted CrownCoins via email in addition to having submitted a ticket (which I submitted more than 24 hours ago and have not received any acknowledgment or resolution). My name is B.L. and I am a regular CrownCoins player (VIP Gold) and have spent many thousands and previously redeemed without issues. I submitted a redemption on March 28, 2025, and have been waiting for well over four days now for this redemption to be approved and paid out. At 5:45am EDT on Monday, March 31, 2025, I received a request to provide proof of my credit card, and even though I've previously submitted this information, I submitted it again less than an hour after the request was made (and again, the request itself is bizarre, since I've previously verified myself).

It has now been nearly 48 hours and 2 business days since I submitted the requested information and opened a ticket, and my payout still has not been approved/processed and the response to my ticket simply says that they're "working on it", despite the page saying the average response time is "around 2 hours." There is no reason this redemption should be delayed, and I am requesting that it be paid out immediately. It's beyond concerning that they would delay like this for a player who has spent as much as I have with CCC and it should give any other player pause.
