I have recently changed my phone and wanted to update it with Crown Coins, just as I have with other casinos that's I play. Crown Coins started requiring verification every time you wanted to redeem any winnings. I can no longer redeem any winnings due to this policy. I fell Crown Coins is breaking their own Terms of service , as seen in the screenshots I have uploaded. 1st image is Crown Coins asking players to keep their info updated. The 2nd image is them denying me a phone number update on my account.

I don't know what the issue is with Crown Coins and their response time. When I check on my messages it shows that the agent had been active 15 minutes ago but never read my message nothing. I have been put on wait for four hours at a time since my first message to them. This has never been a problem in the past. Just last week I verified my debit card and it was approved, so why now do I need to verify my phone number when I want to redeem winnings?

This issue has been resolved by crown coins.
I will have to say I had to show them that they violated their own ToS before they would update my account with my new phone number..
Thank you to askgamblers for your prompt and willingness to help. I know you would've had my issue resolved in a timely fashion.
