Phone number update issue


I have recently changed my phone and wanted to update it with Crown Coins, just as I have with other casinos that's I play. Crown Coins started requiring verification every time you wanted to redeem any winnings. I can no longer redeem any winnings due to this policy. I fell Crown Coins is breaking their own Terms of service , as seen in the screenshots I have uploaded. 1st image is Crown Coins asking players to keep their info updated. The 2nd image is them denying me a phone number update on my account.

This issue has been resolved by crown coins.
I will have to say I had to show them that they violated their own ToS before they would update my account with my new phone number..

I don't know what the issue is with Crown Coins and their response time. When I check on my messages it shows that the agent had been active 15 minutes ago but never read my message nothing. I have been put on wait for four hours at a time since my first message to them. This has never been a problem in the past. Just last week I verified my debit card and it was approved, so why now do I need to verify my phone number when I want to redeem winnings?

They also locked my account, have been completely verified on both Skrill and there website

Urgent: Resolution Needed for My Redemption Issue

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the ongoing issues with my recent winnings of $11,807.60 that I redeemed on January 26, 2025. Despite multiple communications with your support team, I am still without my funds.

After redeeming my winnings, each day for four consecutive days, someone from your site canceled my redemption without my authorization. I reached out for assistance and received various ticket numbers while speaking to representatives Emma, Kimberly, and Adam. Eventually, Adam confirmed that my issue was resolved, and my Skrill account email (<removed>) was correctly inputted.

I received an email stating that my funds would arrive within 1-3 business days, but that timeframe has long passed. Now, three weeks later, I contacted support again and was informed that my winnings were sent to <removed>, which is NOT my Skrill account email. This is unacceptable.

To add to my frustration, I have been locked out of my account and continue to be passed around to different representatives without a resolution. I have provided all necessary proof and simply want my winnings. I have repeatedly requested a Skrill ID for this transaction, but no one has been able to provide it.

I urge you to address this matter immediately. I expect a clear response regarding the status of my funds and a resolution to this ongoing issue.
