I have been trying to contact support about my payment not received its been over 2weeks and support has not been able to communicate with me for over 5days to come up with a solution my payment has just been stuck on "in progress" and support has just been a ghost with not even a hello! All it has been saying to that I'm.able to cancel payment only but I issued a withdrawal weeks ago just want to know what going on if it's a problem ony end or theirs I've cashed out before and now it's taking 3times Longer
