I contacted CrownCoins via email in addition to having submitted a ticket (which I submitted more than 24 hours ago and have not received any acknowledgment or resolution). My name is B.L. and I am a regular CrownCoins player (VIP Gold) and have spent many thousands and previously redeemed without issues. I submitted a redemption on March 28, 2025, and have been waiting for well over four days now for this redemption to be approved and paid out. At 5:45am EDT on Monday, March 31, 2025, I received a request to provide proof of my credit card, and even though I've previously submitted this information, I submitted it again less than an hour after the request was made (and again, the request itself is bizarre, since I've previously verified myself).

It has now been nearly 48 hours and 2 business days since I submitted the requested information and opened a ticket, and my payout still has not been approved/processed and the response to my ticket simply says that they're "working on it", despite the page saying the average response time is "around 2 hours." There is no reason this redemption should be delayed, and I am requesting that it be paid out immediately. It's beyond concerning that they would delay like this for a player who has spent as much as I have with CCC and it should give any other player pause.

Crown Coins Casino just paid out the full redemption so this complaint apparently got their attention. Although it took 5 days, this is now resolved. Thanks for your assistance.
