On November 23rd, and November 25th 2023 I submitted two separate withdrawal requests to Cool cats casino. Ive played here before, and was verified a very long time ago. I have received payout in the past within 3 days. My withdrawal of November 23rd was approved on December 6th for $350, after I made a $50 deposit. My withdrawal for November 23rd was for $200, of which 100 was denied because it was a bonus, but 100 was approved on December 13th. I spoke in chat with this casino everyday since I made these requests. I've been advised they had so many days to pay out, and December 20th was the last day on my first request that was approved on December 6th. I don't understand. This is not fair these withdrawals have been approved. The casino did ask me to explain who < full name removed > was,I'm assuming because he was a former roommate of mine and we had the same address. I did explain he was a former roommate of mine, and I had actually referred him to the casino. They notified me that that was fine, my paperwork was good, everything was in order and had been accepted, and these details were approved. Anyway I'm verified, and have received withdrawals before. This has caused me a bit of a hardship trusting that the money would be there, as it has in the past I don't understand what's happened here why they refused to pay but they've assured me that I'm approved and it will be paid, But now today 12/21 I've received another email from the help desk saying it's under review since I asked for help, they will contact me again in five to seven more business days. This is completely unacceptable to me. They advised me everyday, it was approved it's plain unprofessional to just stall like this it's not fair.

I have now received the 2nd withdrawal of $100. They have paid me, now I have 2 other casinos that owe me, Slots of Vegas, but Club Player is the next one due. Their customer support doesn't seem to respond in any effective way, they are also just vague, with blow off answers. Their time is running out, it doesn't seem like they would wait to the last minute, of the last hour , of the last day like this. Smh
