Hello I registered on ClubGold casino and made 2 deposits on the website. The first deposit I played and lost. The second deposit I played and ended up with a balance of 2000.1 in my balance. I uploaded my documents in order to make my withdrawal. Since then I have tried to log into my account but I am unable to log in. I tried emailing them to ask them what the issue was and they have not responded to me at all. Hi Askgamblers, to summery of my brief complaint is Club gold casino did not send my my winning 100 gbp since last 2 weeks where they only refunded my deposit 10 gbp. They said I am not allowed to play there because my place is restricted! But I had read terms and conditions carefully where I am 100% eligible to play there. I used a ndb bonus which maximum allowed winning 80 gbp after 60X rollover requirements. I done rollover requirements and went live chat how can I withdraw.
