Club Gold Casino - Unable to request a withdrawal, casino not responding

Hello I registered on ClubGold casino and made 2 deposits on the website.

The first deposit I played and lost.

The second deposit I played and ended up with a balance of 2000.1 in my balance. I uploaded my documents in order to make my withdrawal.

Since then I have tried to log into my account but I am unable to log in. I tried emailing them to ask them what the issue was and they have not responded to me at all.

Is there any way you can reach out to the casino and have them unblock my account for me to withdraw my funds and get paid please?
