i made a withdrawl on the 30/07/2012 for the amount of 1000 i recived an email saying that the money would be put into my neteller account within 4 working days but checked today and it not there so i go on live chat they telling me now that she dont no when it will be paid but she THINK 6/8/2012 but i dont think it will just because i think she came up with this date just to get me off live chat all she was saying was sorry for delay thats no good to me this is the 3rd withdrawl from this site ive had proplems with. the 1st excuse was they cant put withdrawls into my credit card but i was able to deposit with it the 2nd was they cant send me a cheque because they dont do them to my country which is the UK now they having proplems with my neteller account which they told me to open the last 2 withdrawls were put back into my glubgold account and i played them down and lost the money now they having proplems with my neteller account if they cant pay me they should not be allowed to take my money can anyone tell me what to do here plz. thx

This complaint is a duplicate one to one already marked as Resolved. The player himself has confirmed receiving the funds a few days later. We therefore consider te case closed successfully.
