for 3 mounths ago i was lucky to win on rome and glory and whwn i had furfilled the requintment bonus rules so i could made a withdraw. talked to the support and they told me that it was alright for me to withdraw money from my account.

So i send my valifdfiction and after a week i was approved "the mail is her"

so then i thougt that everything was alright and was looking forward to resived my withdraw, becouse it was the first time that i had won at the casino and first time to made a withdraw.

after a coupel of weeks i had still not resived my withdraw, so i talked to the support time at the casino was a girl cant remember her name. but she was very roude i was only told that my 2 withdraw was cancelled. And this here is what i cant understand the reason that my withdraw was cancelled becouse i had playd on some wrong slots mashine, but i had only big wins on the slot rom and glory.

then i was to made i deleted the softwere and havent been back since in the casino. Thedn a friend of mine who is a layuer he told me that it wasent right what the casino had done to me so therfor i hope that this compline will help me
