I have exactly the same issue as Hilal, Casino Club refused to pay my winnings too. There does seem to be a pattern emerging relating to this casino! All they have done is reimbursed the amount I originally deposited. Think I might stick to real casino's as they don't come with terms and conditions telling you which machines/tables you aren't allowed to play on in order to win money.

Seen I don’t have your username i can only assume what happened.
It seems that you accepted a bonus and along with the bonus comes terms and conditions.
If these terms and conditions are not met the account gets sanctioned and your deposit is returned. As you have mentioned your deposit was returned to you so no wrong doing was done here.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused in this matter however you can always decide to play without bonuses here and then it will be like a land based casino. Bonuses cost the casino money and therefore they come along with conditions.
In the future please read all conditions before playing or ask the support for assistence.
