I was playing in Chipstars for 10 days without any problems. During this period all my deposits and withdrawals were processed normally. On 28-05-2023 I had a balance of 2897.51€ in my gaming account and i decided to request a withdrawal of 1400€ to my Neteller account. More than 2 months later my withdrawal is still pending. During this time I contacted Chipstars support many times via live chat to ask for an explanation for the delay but the only information was about a pending game play check. Until now I haven’t been contacted by the financial department regarding my withdrawal like I was told and my withdrawal is still pending. Since there is no actual progress i kindly request the assistance of Askgamblers in resolving this matter.
