Made a withdrawal on 28/07/2025 last week I was told that I would be paid at the end of the week latest. Come Friday I approached them via livechat and was promised oh yes you will have your money any time now and still I haven't been paid. This morning I try to talk to them via live chat and they just tell me there's no update and then ignore me.

As outlined in our email sent to support@askgamblers.com, there has been a new development in this case, requiring interventional RG measures. We have been left with no other option than to permanently block that player's account, therefore, the payment will be sent manually, as is technically necessary for a blocked player account. The player was informed and the payout should take 10 business days.
