Casino wont pay funds
I created my account on Chipstars on May 10th, 2024. They limited my betting restrictions immediately and requested I verify my account which I did and completed on May 12th as per their email. I was able to place bets for a week before they limited my account betting limits to a few dollars. At that point (June 2024) I requested a withdrawal of my remaining account balance.
Chipstars never emailed me back about my pending withdrawal. I had to contact their live chat to find out what was going on at which point they requested a bunch of new documentation from me which I complied to and sent in. They had even requested I get my national ID notified at a notary which I did as well.
The last communication I got from them was an email on November 19th requesting payslips to complete my verification which I sent to them that very day. Since then, I have not received any email communication from them. I have contacted their live chat many times to see what was going on. They keep simply saying the financial department has to review my latest document (which I sent over a month ago).
Chipstars is refusing to review my documents and send out my pending withdrawal from this summer. I tried attaching screenshots of email communication with them for additional proof but I get an upload error.
