I won 1100 pound on 28/july/2025 and yet, I haven't received my payment. My account it fully verified and I cannot understand why they are taking such a long time.
They told me that I shall receive the money on last friday.Then, moved it to monday and I still havent received my money.
The casino seems to be using this trick as many players has got same complaint. I would really appreciate if you could help me. Thank you.
