Payout is not sent since August
Hello everyone,
I am now turning to you with the hope of finally receiving my money from this casino.
I am a really long-standing and experienced player and have made many deposits and withdrawals in online casinos over the last few years. What I have been experiencing with this casino for almost a month is something I have never experienced in my entire life.
On August 25th I registered on this site and made a deposit of €270. As luck would have it, I won over €25,000.
It was a really damn long night and after 12 hours I finally paid out €26,000. As in every casino, I have it immediately the next day
any documents uploaded for verification. When additional documents were requested, I uploaded them too. All documents have been accepted by the casino.
Now it's September 22nd and I'm still waiting for my money! In the meantime, I've often tried to contact support - in vain.
Every time a different agent came and every time there was the same answer regarding approval from the finance department. All withdrawals are still pending today and I can
still cancel everyone. I have never experienced something like that. I'm now tired of receiving the same answer from support every time.
It seems to me as if the casino doesn't want to pay out this money in the hope that I will lose it again. Unfortunately, I also have in the meantime€10,000 of this money is lost again, but there is still €16,000 outstanding. I won't touch this money again either. 4 weeks and no response from
a certain finance department - does it even exist?
I ask for help and advice and for a clear answer from the casino when I will receive my money. No casino has ever done something like this to me!
