Delaying and stalling my payout of $6200
I had initially deposited thousands of dollars with Chipstars (for the past 3-4 months), but never really won anything back. I deposited a bit over $4,000 in 3-4 months. I finally won big with the Casino Holdem game and sent withdrawal requests (multiple) of $6,200.
The request was made on 8th May, however, they have been stalling my payment ever since. At first they said the payment is delayed due to the holidays (I don't know exactly what holiday, as they never revealed that). Then they mentioned the providers are conducting some 'gameplay check' and I will get my money soon. After weeks of delaying, they mentioned on Friday (19th May) that now the gameplay check is over, however, their finance wants to send me some additional documents for verification (although my account was already verified). Now the finance still hasn't gotten back to me. And my VIP Manager Bane, asks me to be patient and he can't even guarantee a time-frame within which I will get my payout.
I have contacted their customer support multiple times, however, they always ask me to be patient and say it will be sorted out "SOON". I don't know what to say about these scammers. It shouldn't take their finance 5-6 days to ask for a bunch of documents. Its been 17 days, and I still didn't get a single buck as payout. They haven't sent me any official email, apologising for the delay. The customer service (even my VIP manager) is suddenly unresponsive, he replies to me once in 24-48 hours.
This is disgusting, we spend our money in these online casinos thinking that they will ensure fast payouts (specially for VIP clients) but once you win big, they refuse to pay you and find all sorts of excuses to delay the process.
I have all the screenshots of conversations and other evidence, this Chipstars casino are nothing but scammers and they should be blacklisted on AskGamblers as well.
I hope AskGamblers will play a mediation role and ensure that I get my rightful payout of $6200.
