Delaying and stalling my payout of $6200

I had initially deposited thousands of dollars with Chipstars (for the past 3-4 months), but never really won anything back. I deposited a bit over $4,000 in 3-4 months. I finally won big with the Casino Holdem game and sent withdrawal requests (multiple) of $6,200.

The request was made on 8th May, however, they have been stalling my payment ever since. At first they said the payment is delayed due to the holidays (I don't know exactly what holiday, as they never revealed that). Then they mentioned the providers are conducting some 'gameplay check' and I will get my money soon. After weeks of delaying, they mentioned on Friday (19th May) that now the gameplay check is over, however, their finance wants to send me some additional documents for verification (although my account was already verified). Now the finance still hasn't gotten back to me. And my VIP Manager Bane, asks me to be patient and he can't even guarantee a time-frame within which I will get my payout.

I have contacted their customer support multiple times, however, they always ask me to be patient and say it will be sorted out "SOON". I don't know what to say about these scammers. It shouldn't take their finance 5-6 days to ask for a bunch of documents. Its been 17 days, and I still didn't get a single buck as payout. They haven't sent me any official email, apologising for the delay. The customer service (even my VIP manager) is suddenly unresponsive, he replies to me once in 24-48 hours.

This is disgusting, we spend our money in these online casinos thinking that they will ensure fast payouts (specially for VIP clients) but once you win big, they refuse to pay you and find all sorts of excuses to delay the process.

I have all the screenshots of conversations and other evidence, this Chipstars casino are nothing but scammers and they should be blacklisted on AskGamblers as well.

I hope AskGamblers will play a mediation role and ensure that I get my rightful payout of $6200.

Chipstars casino withdraws problem

Hello!

I am contacting you for help because I am unable to withdraw the money I won in sports betting. I registered at Chipstars Casino for betting about 6 months ago. I made a deposit of about 22euro. I placed bets without ever making a withdrawal. When I accumulated 1150euro in my account, I wanted to withdraw my winnings.

However, after my withdrawal request, it remained unconfirmed. After contacting support I was asked to verify, which I did by providing the necessary documents. However, the withdrawal was not approved. I repeatedly contacted support, but I was always told that I would get an answer soon. However, the answer was never received. More than 2 weeks have passed since my withdrawal request.

I made a complaint on casino.guru (external link removed ). After the Chipstars Casino representative was connected, they could not help me as they do not specialise in sports betting and closed my dispute.

After Chipstars Casino representative was connected to the complaint, I received a letter from the support on the mail (I attach), that I am checked by a specialised department it takes up to 30 days.

However, after closing casino guru dispute I found out that I have no access to my account, no possibility to log in. I contacted support, I was told that I would get an answer about it in the mail, it's been 2 days, and I have not received an answer about it either.

Please help me. Ready to co-operate!

P.S. English is not my mother tongue, I am from Ukraine.

Non payment of withdrawal for nearly 2 months and impossible demands with almost zero communication

In March 2024 I made a deposit with Bitcoin of approx £950 onto Chipstars. In the brief afternoon that I played on the platform I won some money, mostly on Roulette, and ended up with a balance of approx £3.1k. Since then Chipstars have requested absurd amounts of information. Their demands change drastically every time and they are attempting to come up with any reason possible to not pay this money. To add to this they usually take one week to respond, so it all ends up being very frustrating. Currently they have not replied for 8 days after I sent them 3 months worth of bank statements. They are requesting I show them my crpyto wallet transactions with 'names and dates' in addition to bank statements, but unfortunately that is impossible just by the nature of crypto. There are no names... there are just crypto addresses. You would expect a crypto centric sports book to understand this. I have offered to Skype with them so we can address any issues they have but again they do not engage. I am left without any options but to be the victim of a scam/theft at this point, unless someone can encourage them to communicate with me.

There are threads open on multiple forums about this and have been for several weeks. Chipstars have been made aware of this but unfortunately they have never engaged even once about any of it. Some of those forum links are here:

I have attached every piece of communication I've had with them along with screens of all betting activity I have been involved with at Chipstars.

For the love of God please do not reject this complaint. If you search the web you can find that Chipstars are doing this same thing to many many people as we speak. These guys must be held accountable.

Withdrawal pending longer than it should
This casino was of the best I'd ever known and that's why I've been playing in it for several years but from time to time the change has been substantial so I recommend that if you don't want to waste your time and do not want to have a bad time, it's better not to play in it. And I explain to myself:
Serious payment problems: for a month more or less have a lot of difficulties to pay the withdrawals, before they paid 24 hours according to the terms and conditions but in addition to Vip players like me, they used to pay them on the same day. Now it takes several days and they tell you that they have to recharge the payment provider's account, which means that they don't have money at the time to pay for the withdrawals. In the chat I spoke to several agents and everyone said that at the moment they could not pay and that they did not know when they could process my withdrawals. It is clear that there are difficulties to pay and that implies a huge lack of treasury in this casino.
Many times they tell me through the whassap to withdraw one amount by one method (Mifinity) and another amount by another different method (transfer) and argue that there is not enough money to pay it all by transfer which is the usual way where I do my withdraws.
The reviews that are very good on several sites are written by the manager and he tells you to copy them and send for example to Truspilot in exchange for a small gift of money that deposits you into your casino account for you to play.
Customer service in chat is bad because no one can tell you when your withdrawals are going to be processed. They always tell you they're going to sue you today, but it's never true.
Vip players communicate through the whassap with the casino's Vip manager named Danilo. This gentleman apart from the lies he throws (at least to me and I can prove it) is dedicated to promising things he will never fulfil for example that he will give you as a gift and unqualified 15% of the losses of the day and also 10% cashback every Monday, Well that I remember he only gave it to me once Now it's 10% of the losses and the weekly cahs. Besides being the only contact (Whassap) that we have the Vip to talk to him, he even gets to be a month without answering you and even seeing that he is online in the whassap. You communicate all this in the chat and they tell you to contact him, but if he never answers how will we contact him? You don't keep promises, and the bad thing about this is that it tells you, if it ever answers you, that you're the casino's priority. So the mistreatment of Vip players like me is very obvious. And we're talking about €70,000 lost in this nice casino in about three years--
They do not comply with the terms and conditions of maximum 24 hours to pay and that proves the lack of liquidity and treasury problems that I mentioned earlier above.
On Tuesday day 2 I asked the two managers that, as they pay at the 24 hours maximum, I asked them to process me the 2860 € that I had pending in withdrawals because I needed a lot to face some payments and they didn't even realize.What's the point of being a VIP at this casino?
Today for example in the chat an agent named Ana does not answer and it is because she told me yesterday that they would pay me the same day but since they have not paid no more is not put in chat. It's embarrassing.
When it comes to collecting retreats nobody knows anything in the chat and they cheat you by saying that you charge “today” but it’s a lie. That if, when it comes to depositing, they take care of the moment.
And as of yesterday Wednesday day 3 I have a letter from the manager Vip saying that I had spoken with the manager Danilo and with Finance and I was guaranteed that today Thursday day 4 I was going to be paid for the morning. Did I charge the 2860 €? Of course not, I have already said that everything is lies one after another.
For all this I have to say and say that this casino has ceased to be a good casino and now it is a pretty bad casino and I advise not to play in it if you do not want to spend it badly when charging the withdrawals.
Finally to say that I have already experienced situations similar to that of this casino and end up closing and leaving users hanging to not pay and start with another new casino of different name and even change the names of both the manager and the chat agent. I't be surprised if they were preparing something like this. And if that's the case, it's called fraud.
